We are leading designers of software for the construction industry. The company’s management are composed of past players in the market who saw the need for innovative new products. As well as customer relationship management we have developed bespoke and off-the-shelf systems for Facilities Management, Estimating, Document Management, Sales Quotations, Project Management and many others.
InControl CRM:
Effectively managing and tracking customers and projects is key for contractors and suppliers whether sales are managed centrally or via a network of company reps. At InControl we understand that such systems have to be intuitive yet powerful enough so that busy
professionals can quickly use them as an effective tool in their sales efforts.

Projects Database:
The Projects Database stores all information relating to market intelligence and possible sales leads. This is connected to the Companies Database to keep track of the Design Team & Contractors for each project.
Companies Database:
The Companies Database keeps track of all contacts. Each company can be categorised e.g. Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and all other members of the design team. It is also possible to store details of the different contacts within the company office.
MailShots:
All projects and companies can by listed according to type, location or area. Produce a mailing list of all the Architects - by county if necessary and send a mailshot to them in minutes.
Filters:
Powerful filters make it possible to list all Engineers only or to list all projects located in a particular county or area. Plan your sales calls trips by producing a list of all the Architects Engineers in the area you are visiting.
Searching:
Company and Project details are easily found using our intelligent search tool. As you type in name only, records matching the information typed in show in a dropdown list. Pick the record you want to display all stored details
Sales Calls:
Use the system to track the people involved in each project. When you make a call to a Design Team member, do so with a list of other projects that his office is involved with or a list of previous projects involving that office.
Reports:
The program comes with a number of predefined reports. It also has a report editor to allow you to design and store your own reports, sales letters etc.
